We are an association that brings together artists from all genres, giving life to music through instruments, vocals, and dance. One thing unites us... the art of music!
WO ARE WE?
Our history
The group is above all an atmosphere, people who take pleasure in sharing their common passion every thursday evening.
The musicians who created the group have known each other for a long time. Life separated them geographically but these lovers of beautiful melodies naturally found each other in the region of Saint Romain de Popey and offer each other beautiful flights of fancy for the pleasure of the ears.
Music is shared, lived with the sound of the instruments, the body, the voice.
Coming from music schools or conservatories, our musicians agree to play for the moment without a real conductor, rather in octet formation. In the group we have a musician who has already conducted symphonic ensembles or harmonies and who masters musical writing perfectly.
Rehearsals
We meet on Thursday from 7:30 to 9:30 pm in Saint Romain-De-Popey 🙂
annual events
The Butfly Band will meet once or twice a year, as an extended family, at leisure, sports and cultural events.
Concerts
We perform concerts throughout the year for various types of events, including community gatherings, corporate functions, street festivals, and many more…

Each piece played is unique, in our image, going from the writing to the instrument. (As a composer, you are welcome!)
We welcome all musicians and/or singers, dancers/acrobats as long as our passion for music and live performance is common!
